We are seeking a professional, reliable, and articulate Appointment Setter to support our Admissions Team by calling warm leads—individuals who have already requested our course syllabus and expressed genuine interest in our programs after seeing our advertisement. This is not cold calling. Every person you contact has actively requested the syllabus to learn more about our programs. You will speak with prospective students, follow our approved admissions script, briefly understand their learning goals, and book an appointment with a member of our Admissions Team. Because we operate in partnership with prestigious North American universities, it is essential that you communicate professionally, accurately, and respectfully at all times.
Note: This role will part-time in-office (5 days per week from 9am to 1pm) at our Circuit Stream office, 1011, 1st Street SW.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Your role is to ensure each interested learner is booked into a conversation with our Enrollment Advisors, who will help determine if our programs are a good fit.
- Call warm leads who have requested our syllabus and opted in to be contacted
- Follow a strict admissions script (we will train you)
- Ask a few simple qualification questions about the student’s goals
- Communicate our value proposition accurately and professionally
- Avoid over-promising or changing scripted language (strict compliance required)
- Book qualified leads into a meeting with our Enrolment Advisors
- Log basic call notes into our shared workflow
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Education (degree/diploma/certificate) in Business Administration, Customer Experience, Sales, etc.
- 1-3 years experience in roles related to lead generation, sales, customer support or similar.
- Previous experience calling leads and setting appointments for sales team
- Experience with high volume outbound calling or telemarketing.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Hubspot or similar) and Google Calendar
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Extreme attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet targets and deadlines
- Ability to work part-time on-site at our office from 9am-1pm 5 days per week.
